1. Prices are subject to change without notice. 2. If we're unable to fill your order for any reason, we will provide a refund ASAP, usually within 24 hours. As you might imagine, there is a lot of software driving this web site, including some that connects to our manufacturers and distributors as well as our web payment processor.There are some big benefits from all this--including lower prices for you--but it also means there are a heck of a lot of things totally beyond our control. Between software errors and human errors, we may not be able to fulfill your web site order in a timely fashion, or maybe even not at all. If we have a contact phone number or email address for you, we will try and get in touch to see if we can make alternative arrangements that will still work for you. If we have not been able to get in touch with you within two working days, or we do communicate and you decide there are not satisfactory arrangements possible, we will refund your money or reverse the charges on your credit card ASAP. In this case, ASAP means one working day or less after we know that's what we should do. So, if we can't get in touch with you, three working days could go by before your refund (two days trying to get in contact and one day to process the refund). Basically, we'll try as hard as we can to fix the situation, and failing that, refund your money as quickly as possible. 3. From our side, we pledge our best efforts. We'll work really hard for you, but we ARE human: When we screw up we'll apologize and try to fix it, and we'll also promise to try to figure out how to avoid running into the same problems again. But there are a small minority in this world that get their jollies by complaining. If you use our site, you agree to not be one of those people. We do welcome constructive criticism, though.
